FAQ

How does support coverage work?
When you purchase an Optimize or Overhaul package, the first 6 months of support are included. After 6 months, if you want continued support, you need to purchase a Support plan. This covers all of your Better/Faster packages and all off-the-shelf software supported by Better/Faster for the next 6 months.
Can I get support without buying a Support plan?
Yes, but it's more expensive. Support work outside of a Support plan is billed at $250 per hour. Most clients automatically renew their Support plan every 6 months for ongoing coverage at our best rate.
What happens if I buy another package?
If you purchase an additional Optimize or Overhaul package, your next 6 months of support are included. Remember, this covers all of your Better/Faster packages and all off-the-shelf software we support. If you have an active Support plan at the time of purchase, the remaining coverage will be added to the 6 months that come with the package.
What if I need more hours than what's included in my package or plan?
We work really hard to make sure we stay within the limits of your package/plan — we don't like extra costs any more than you do. If we absolutely have to go over the limit for something you need, we'll get your approval first. We'll provide an estimate of how many additional hours we'll need, and you'll sign off before we continue. Overage work is billed at $150 per hour.
What happens when I need support?
Easy — you send us an email (you'll have our direct emails). If it's something we can't solve over email, we'll hop on a video call to screen share.
